New wine tasting at Manso restaurant
 
 

Wine tastings returns to Manso! Our restaurant will host, next Wednesday, October 4, a new tasting of the winery Grupo Freixenet acommpanied with a special menu prepared by our chef Alberto Lareo.

The event, which will take place at 9.30 pm in the halls of our restaurant, will be led by the prestigious sommelier of the Grupo Freixenet Luis Alberto, who will be in charge of guiding the attendees in the tests of the different wines and explain the technical and oenological details of each sample.

Here there are the wines that will be tasted at the event:

Segura Viudas Gran Reserva

  • D.O. Rioja

Orube Crianza

  • D.O. Ribeira del Duero

And as perfect accompaniment, the menu that our chef has designed for the occasion, who has sought to recreate flavors that share the essence of tasting wines:

  • Tartar de Atún
  • Rollitos de Gambón Fritos
  • Bocata de Rabo de Vaca
  • Coco, yuzu, chocolate blanco y merengue
