Manso will be at "Xantar" with a showcooking by Alberto Lareo

Even with the hangover of the great event that has been Madrid Fusion and the contest for the Best Ham Croquettes in the World, our beloved chef Alberto Lareo is already packing his luggage to attend the great event of the Galician enogastronomy: "Xantar 2018". The 19th International Exhibition of Gastronomic Tourism has wanted to have our skillful chef to perform a showcooking before the many visitors who come to the event on its opening day.
Alberto Lareo will be one of the protagonists of the day of Wednesday the 31st along with other national and international chefs. During the day will offer a tasting workshop on "Quality Experiences in Galicia" with products with Protected Geographical Indication, such as grelos, Galician potatoes or Fabas de Lourenzá. With these products as a base, Lareo will prepare two main dishes specially created for the occasion, as it deserves. On the one hand, he will cook a Hake with potatoes, turnip greens and dashi; and on the other a delicious Boar "soasado" with stew of Fabas de Lourenzá.
To be able to witness this culinary show and taste the elaborations of our chef, attendees should go to the workshop designated for it, which will take place from 12:15 to 13:15 in the Rural Classroom of the gastronomic space "Xantar". If you haven't visited our Manso Restaurant yet, this will be an ideal occasion to give the first spoonful of one of our dishes, which we created so lovingly.
