Our chef Alberto Lareo will participate tomorrow in the Fundación Gonzalo Torrente Ballester of Santiago de Compostela in a presentation. The topic? The world of coffee. The title of this presentation is 'Os Cafés, Patrimonio Cultural a través do tempo' and they are about these essential grains in our culture, that are always in our homes.

Thus, in the morning, Alberto Lareo focus his presentation on the fascinating use of coffee in the salty kitchen, a curious mixture that gets the most peculiar flavors.
