Alberto Lareo will give a showcooking at SAL, the Festival of Atlantic Flavors

On this initiative which aims to give value to the Atlantic gastronomy we practice so often at Manso, will participate throughout the weekend some of the most recognised chefs of the Galician culinary panorama, such as Pepe Solla, Javier Olleros, Luis Veira, Daniel López, Diego López “Moli” or Javier Gago, among others.
Of course, it could not be any other way and our chef will not miss the event. He will offer a show-cooking at the SAL scenario Saturday, 16th at 7:15 pm. The format designed for this exhibition of Manso’s gastronomy could not be more special: a funny and agile Jam Session three-handed in which Alberto, with Pablo Pizarro, from Bocanegra’s Restaurant (in A Coruña) and Juanlu Fernández, from Cañabota’s Restaurant (in Seville), is going to improvise several dishes which have as base one of the Atlantic dishes: the sardine.
The access is free until it reaches capacity so those of you who want to attend the show-cooking and see our chef in action don’t have but to come to O Parrote’s esplanade, where the festival will take place during the whole weekend. A nice opportunity, also, to enjoy all the other events programmed by the Sal organization: food trucks, workshops, conferences, tastings, talks, concerts and activities for children.
At Manso we are pleased for being part of this initiative and from here we want to thank the organization for thinking about us and our chef and also for having invited us to participate in such a praising of Atlantic taste.
